We offer high quality compounded injectable dual receptor GLP-1/GIP agonist medication overseen by Board Certified, Nevada and California licensed concierge physicians. Our practice provides only the most effective type of medication currently available on the market! Additionally, each vial includes B12 & Glycine supplements which assist in maintaining muscle mass while preventing some of the more common side effects associated with this type of therapy. All provided medication have been produced in US licensed compounding facilities or FDA-licensed and inspected outsourcing facilities.

What’s Included:

• Initial visit, inclusive of prescription for the GLP-1/GIP receptor agonist medication.
• Three (3) month supply of medication inclusive of all necessary needles & syringes.
• Ongoing care, support and coaching via telehealth or in-person office visits.
• Our licensed staff is happy to perform your weekly subcutaneous injections in our office at no additional charge. Alternatively, injections can be easily performed at home by the patient or significant other. Instructional videos will be posted on our website and we are happy to offer in-person instructions during the initial visit.
• Baseline fasting labs may be necessary prior to initiation of treatment for new patients. For your convenience, blood work can be drawn in our office and billed directly through your insurance.

For patients who are not currently members of the HCC/NCC practice, a $100/month weight loss membership will also be required.
